Pairi Daiza Receives 3 Stars for the 10th Consecutive Year

A Decade of Excellence: Pairi Daiza retains the highest distinction from the Michelin Green Guide.

Pairi Daiza is proud to announce that it has received, for the tenth consecutive year, the highest distinction from the Michelin Green Guide Voyage & Cultures: 3 stars. This international recognition, awarded based on nine rigorous criteria by the experts of the Michelin Guide, means that the Belgian Park is “worth the journey.”

In an official letter dated March 25, 2025, Philippe Orain, editorial director of the guide, emphasized that the Michelin Green Guide Voyage & Cultures is aimed at curious travelers who not only want to visit, but also understand and fully experience their destination by immersing themselves in all its cultures.

A fitting quote, as nature conservation, animal welfare, and cultural exchange are at the heart of the Pairi Daiza journey.

Since its creation in 1994, the Park has continued to reinvent itself to inspire, educate, and raise awareness: ongoing garden improvements, the arrival of new animal species, highlighting global cultures, development of immersive day and night experiences, and the creation of a Foundation that supports dozens of projects in Belgium and around the world. In 2024, the Pairi Daiza Foundation invested more than 2 million euros in biodiversity projects. Pairi Daiza and its Foundation, together with all those who share this dream of harmony, aim to amplify this commitment even further.

Pairi Daiza strives to be a central place from which the will to protect animals and allow them to live in peace spreads.

Pairi Daiza: A "journey worth the travel" for a decade

Prestigious awards like this Michelin triple star encourage teams to pursue their mission of biodiversity conservation, cultural transmission, and raising awareness with even more dedication.

“Receiving 3 Michelin stars once is already a tremendous honor. Receiving them ten years in a row is an extraordinary recognition of the collective and ongoing work carried out by passionate men and women in the service of our mission and our visitors. This continuity in excellence is never guaranteed: it is built every day, with every action, every decision, every welcome.I deeply thank the 2.6 million visitors who trusted us in 2024, and the nearly 700 members of our team who bring Pairi Daiza to life with unwavering passion.” — Eric Domb, President and Founder of Pairi Daiza.

The Park hopes to continue touching the hearts of every visitor, whether they come for a day or stay overnight in one of the accommodations, leaving moved, amazed, and inspired.

Pairi Daiza is open every day.
